Pine Township
Buyers may consider Pine for its housing options, Pine-Richland School District, established neighborhoods, newer construction and access to the Wexford corridor.
Cranberry Township
Cranberry offers substantial shopping, dining, recreation, employment access and a wide range of housing and new-construction opportunities.
And remember: Cranberry Township is in Butler County, which creates different tax and municipal considerations.
Franklin Park
Franklin Park offers convenient access to Pittsburgh while maintaining a suburban residential feel and is part of the North Allegheny School District.
How should you choose?
Don't start by looking at houses.
Start by comparing:
Commute + budget + taxes + housing style + lot + school district + amenities + lifestyle.
Then look at houses.
