Welcome to Treesdale
A master-planned community with a golf course at its center
This master-planned community just north of Pittsburgh sits on 1,400 gorgeous acres of land. At its center is a stunning 27-hole golf course designed by Arnold Palmer. Treesdale is family-friendly, with plenty to do for active residents, those who prefer to lounge, and everyone in between.
The gorgeous residences of Treesdale were once the location of Treesdale Farms, a collection of 12 farms under the same management. Thousands of acres of fruit trees produced apples, peaches, and cherries, and the farms shipped them across the country. There was even a cider mill on-site. While Treesdale is no longer the home of a mass-producing orchard, it values its history and even some of its architecture pays homage to its storied past.
Multiple neighborhoods make up this beautiful community, and the homes vary from lovely single-family residences to charming condos and townhomes. Most neighborhoods have access to the golf course, and many homes have beautiful, nature-filled views. The quiet streets lead residents to the many gathering places and amenities throughout the community.
