Cranberry is a bustling suburban community full of spirit and warmth. Located about 30 minutes north of Pittsburgh, its convenient location makes it a sought-after home for many. Though with its booming job market, more people are commuting to Cranberry for work than ever before. It’s full of beautiful green spaces and vibrant commercial districts, making Cranberry a perfect place to live, work, and play.
It may have been incorporated in 1804, but Cranberry is, by all standards, a fairly new community. Named for the berries that once grew in abundance along the banks of Brush Creek. While the berries are mostly gone, the name lives on and the population has blossomed since the 1990s, thanks to its prime location to the city.
Because of its relatively new status as a sought-after community, there are many stunning new constructions in Cranberry. From single-family homes with several bedrooms to larger sprawling masterpieces, the community’s neighborhoods are the quiet balance to the bustling commercial sectors in town.

Cranberry is the perfect combination of casual and bustling. With lots of restaurants and shops, there’s always something to do downtown. There’s also a remarkable number of parks and outdoor spaces to be enjoyed, including one of the best municipal golf courses in Pennsylvania. The area is full of corporate, industrial, and research jobs, keeping residents from having to choose between a good job, a short commute, and high quality of life.

Stock your bookshelves or find those holiday presents at Barnes and Noble. Cranberry Mall is a one-stop shop for a wide variety of brands and stores.

Cranberry is full of beautiful parks, fun festivals, and activities, and amenities for every sport and outdoor lover.
Mazzotta Winery has tours and tastings at any time of year, but they also have some incredible seasonal events, including Fall Fest and Mingle & Jingle at the Farmhouse. At Jergel’s Rhythm Grille, there is live music Tuesday through Saturday, with every genre you can think of gracing its stage. CTCC Community Days take place every July in Cranberry Community Park. A variety of activities keep the fun going, including a 5K, a carnival, and local art vendors.
